"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."

"Pros: The property is beautiful upon driving in there is a beautiful lazy river pool with a swim up bar and right across from the beach. They allow up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable 125 fee and there is a large dog park at the back with 2 gated areas, which can open into one large area and plenty of bags and a trash receptacle. The hotel is also near rainforest cafe which is exciting since I haven’t been there since childhood. Fridge that works. Smart tv to view Netflix/Disney. Comfortable bed....

"The room wasn't cleaned. Didn't sweep or wipe down any of the table tops. The bedding wasn't washed from the previous people and still had crumbs in the bed. Top top it off they had roaches"

I cannot find enough nice things to day about them: from the front desk ladies and the breakfast server to the room attendants every single person was super nice. The room had some things that need attention : the door lock/ handle was concerning and didn't stay in position, the baseboards were removed and not painted over or replaced, and the microwave was in disarray when I opened it to use it....
