"I booked 3 room and all 3 rooms were discussing. Sheets were dirty, room smelled like mildew, one room had a leak in the middle of the room, baseboard was coming off and all 3 rooms had mold. Currently fighting for a refund as I did not stay in the room and left within 15 min of checking in. Horrible experience. The location is not worth unsanitary conditions of this location."

"I booked a room with a few upgrades months before n advance. I got to the property the day of checkin only to be told that they did not have the room available. The upgrades that I had paid for didn’t matter and they had no other room to put me in. If I left and tried somewhere else, the cost would be significantly more at that point. I lost the money that was paid and simply received an apology… not happy at all with the experience. The pictures looked better than the property. It smelled in...

"If you need a place to lay your head down for a soccer tourney like we did...even that's a maybe for the price we paid for 2 nights. (Ive stayed at the golden nugget for around the same price) Everything is outdated and just...old. Showers & sinks are from the early 90s...yellowed plaster...beds are nothing 3-4 star worthy. We were literally just there for the evening(s) to settle down. Location was great for a thumbs up. Staff was cool...I do recommend they use the crazy nightly stay money...

"The room was clean and spacious, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The elevators worked and the A/C was nice and cold. We stayed 1 night prior to a cruise out of Galveston and it had everything we needed and more. Also there’s a Gringo’s nearby and we had a great dinner there."
