"Amazing "

"Clean, modern, new. Smooth check n with 2 bottles of water. Very comfortable bed. Suite with kitchen has cups, plates, silverware etc. Bathroom has no complimentary toiletries, just shampoo etc. in dispenser, but of good quality (Crabtree & Evelyn). Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. No waffles, pancakes, muffins etc. just toast and bagels."

"The outside of the hotel and the common areas are nice. The issue came in with the room. There was a huge roach inside my room as well as another small bug shell. I didn’t mentioned it because I wanted to stay close to my family who were next door but I couldn’t really sleep after that.. wondering if another big would appear. I took photos as well."

"The beds were very unstable like the mattress was just sliding off the whole night. It was really hard to rest. And also, we checked in on a Thursday and there was a big sticky stain like 2 foot long outside of our door and it stayed there the entire two days we were there and somebody should’ve cleaned it for sure but other than that the pool was really fun. The breakfast was yummy and the people were nice and I loved the golf course and the view. "

"We did like the property, however there were a few items that we noted and felt some concern over. Just to clarify also we stayed in the villa side of the property, not at the main hotel. When we arrive, we went to enjoy the Jacuzzi the first night and found that it was not heated on the villa side. Also on the last night that we stayed at the property there was what appeared to be a rat scurrying around in the ceiling. I first noticed it around 1:30 AM and it continued on through first light. "We loved our stay at Desert Springs! The room was SO spacious, we wished we could’ve stayed longer. There was a full kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery and pots/pans. It made it easy to cook throughout the day, if needed. There was a large sitting area by the tv and dining area. There was an additional tv in the bedroom. The full size laundry was incredibly convenient. The shuttle service between the main property and Jasmine court was convenient, especially late at night when coming back from...
