"とにかく立地が良いです。サザンクロス駅スカイバス発着所の目の前で、買物にもすごく便利でした。午前10時頃にホテル到着のため、フロントにチェックイン時間まで荷物を預かって欲しいと頼んだところ、到着時間からチェックインさせてもらえて大変助かりました。部屋も綺麗で、ルームスリッパもあり使い勝手が良かったです。またチョコレートアワーにはスイーツが無料で提供され、ウォーターサーバーやジムもフリーで24時間利用でき、快適に過ごせました。メルボルンに来た時にはまたぜひ利用したいです。"

"Great location, room was clean and amenities were good. Staff were friendly etc however it could be better. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay - I had to call to have rubbish collected and fresh towels brought up. I think buffet breakfast could be expanded and concierge staff more helpful - they were not really forthcoming with information - I had to ask lots of questions."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
