"Spacious new rooms with kitchenette. It’s a high-rise finance district and malls but it’s easy to hop on the tube and go wherever one needs. There’s a huge supermarket a walk away (Waitrose). The bed was very comfortable. I was my super tired from travel and arrived before check in. Staff were helpful to accommodate and help get a room asap. I’d stay here again"

"Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. Toiletries provided were great, and the Nespresso coffee machine and selection of Nespresso pods and teas were...

"Staff were helpful and friendly but I had to wait nearly an hour for them to check that the tv in my room wasn't working. Terrible that each room only has 2 cups and 2 tsp. Extras had to be requested and I was given a cracked glass and a dirty knife. I was too tired and fed up to complain by that point. Rooms remind me of a student bedsit. Pool and sauna were nice I had a terrible night sleep bc I could hear the DLR trains and also humming from fridge."

"Helaas was de kamer niet schoon bij aankomst en stond een extra bed opgemaakt terwijl we voor 2 gereserveerd hadden. Daarnaast was bestek regelmatig op bij ontbijt en kon je in de lobby niet even een kopje koffie drinken."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view.
