"The room was at the end of a dingy, battered hallway, not like it's advertised. It felt like a backpackers. Linen was clean and the bathroom was hygienic but it was very dated and cheap. Apologies but I won't be staying again."

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. "Firstly, we were welcomed warmly by Matthew. Our room was extremely clean, beds comfortable and the shower was hot and beautiful. This motel has a hidden gem (an amazing restaurant) our steaks were absolutely delicious as smooth as butter, outstanding red wines and the restaurant manager Jasmine was so delightful as were all the staff. "The rooms, especially the family room, were very poorly maintained. One room had its rail and toilet roll holder broken off and missing from the bathroom, sink taps not secure, so came off when turned. No tea towel provided and very little cutlery. The family room was a disgrace: no door on the master bedroom, very old, broken down furniture, dirty surfaces, and the kitchen area was just disgusting."
