"The curtain in 220 you could not close it for privacy and the outside lights. The rod was short. I used my hair clip’s to hold them shut. This is the second time we have stayed with you. Things have been great. We will continue to come back. Please fix the curtain problem. Perhaps our room is the only one. Thank you. Mrs. Roger Bishop"

"If I could give this hotel NO stars, I would. It honestly gives the term “fleabag” new meaning. Our first room smelled horrible!!! It was so bad, we had to insist on another room, which was filthy. The sheets had holes in them, and the decor looked as if it came from a garage sale from 1968. "

"When we got to the hotel, a side door was propped open by a rock. When staff was notified they appeared indifferent. The pool was not well maintained and smelled heavily of chlorine, with the general pool area appearing dirty. The bathtub in our room was covered with hair when we checked in and the carpet in the room was very dirty. We had previously stayed here in October 2025 and really enjoyed the hotel, so we were looking forward to staying here for our most recent visit, but this visit left a lot to be desired."

"Overall we had a really good stay. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly during our visit. The only disappointment for us was realizing the waterpark is closed Monday through Wednesday. That was completely my error for not checking more carefully before booking so I don’t blame the hotel for it but it was still a big bummer since that was a major reason we chose this location for our family trip. They do, however, have a heated pool available which was very nice! Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, especially on days the waterpark is open."
