"The rooms were clean but the bedding was stained and dirty. The couch was also dirty and stained as well. The hot water did not work in the bathtub did not work. The shower room grate would over flow. This would cause water to overflow onto the shower room floor. The front door lock did not work properly at times. Needs a locksmith to examine. Fridge - satisfactory Microwave - satisfactory Kitchen, living, and bedroom areas were satisfactory. Quiet area. Easy access for cabs. Close to all...

"Another cozy place. 5 min walk to the Hatchobori station. Check-in process was very easy and accommodating. We were early and they let us leave our luggage there as we went out. When we came in the evening to check in, our luggage was already in the room. Felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. Could use a little bit of cleaning. Carpet was dirty and had stains. We didn't feel comfortable using the electric kettle either. Front desk staff were extremely helpful."
