"Very great! Clean and comfortable place. You have all the necessary appliances you need. We felt as if it were our own home. The proximity to the subway station and a 24-hour restaurant near it are both great, and there's also a Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. It is very convenient when it gets very late after a long day of exploring the country. I would book Grandioso Nakano for my next trip in Japan again! That’s how much I loved staying there!"

"Very descent apartment, with smart system room. They provide washing machine. The bathroom can be used as drying room. Next to family mart, closed to some other 24h stores. A lot of restaurant nearby: mcD, pepperlunch, ootoya, sukiya. Only 100m from Higashi Shinjuku Station. Love our stay much."

"Location is great, just walk 10 minutes to Asakusa, and around 15 minutes walk to Skytree, parking is the cheapest one that i have ever parked in Tokyo for over-night (if you parked at 10pm and pick up at 8am, it just 500yen!), my family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the big room and the room is big enough and we still have lots of space for open all 3 big suitcases and kids still can walk around. "Soacevjs nice, in a quiet area of town. It was easy to get to and close to the train stations. The rooms noce ans spacious but the batbrooms were tiny. Also there are no windows that you can open and they are completely covered. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "

"A perfect spot for a small family of 3. We enjoyed the balcony, the ability to do laundry, air con (a necessity when it’s 100 degrees and humid in the summer!!) and have space to hang out after a busy day being tourists. The location is great, located on the red M line that connects to Tokyo Station in a few stops. We chose it for its location and it worked out very well. Check in was easy, communication was easy. It was a great spot. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
