"Awesome location, it’s very quiet and private. The property is beautifully maintained and very clean. All the rooms, restaurants and entire resort is spotless and clean. The staff is friendly and provide great service. The beach is huge, lots of sun beds and ocean is perfect for swimming. "Everything about Atelier was exceptional. We highly recommend. The service really exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding too. For the morning buffet the servers would walk around with pastries fresh out of the oven. The warm chocolate croissants were to die for! The grounds were beautiful and everything was so well maintained. "

"The property was absolutely wonderful. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a celebrity, with fresh cool towels to wipe down with, check in was a breeze, the use of a bracelet for room access and purchases is so nice and worry free. "Clean rooms but they had a musty smell. Also, a nightlight in the bathroom would have been nice, you had to turn on all the bathroom lights in the middle of the night which was blinding. Drinks were mediocre. They brought individual beer in a small bucket of ice, which was very nice. Guacamole and ceviche were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Beach is gorgeous. "

"Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations."
