"Staff was great! Go for the All-Inclusive upgrade! Go ahead and get at least one level upgrade on the room! Beach Club service was quick and the food was good. Pool service was good too. "

"First, the staff was phenomenal. Especially Allen, Abigail, and the most wonderful Vanessa. Incredible view of the ocean from a massive balcony. Safe, quiet, clean, a 5 minute walk from everything including Playa Norté. We travel to Isla Mujeres every three months and we’ll never again stay any place other than the Mint Resort. See you guys in January!"

"Direkt am Strand und nach unserem Empfinden am schönsten Strand der Insel. Tagsüber kommen hier sehr viele Yachten und Gäste von anderen Hotels her. Morgens und abends hat man den Strand fast für sich alleine. "
