First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world.
