The hotel grounds are very nicely done with lot of greenery. Our room be 24 was cozy and nicely decorated, however somewhat small and difficult to move around when you have two suitcases. Bed was comfortable. Also the staff was very nice and helpful and good at the restaurant delicious. Why I’m giving only 3 stars are outdoor bathrooms which I normally like however there are lot of, really lot of mosquitoes in Holbox and especially in this part of the island. When you cannot shower or go to the bathroom without being attacked by dozens, the experience turns really bad. After we requested every evening the bathroom to be fumigated, the situation got better. However due to this I would never return, it simply was not a comfortable stay. Additionally I’d like to point out a very unstable WiFi and unreasonably overpriced services such as massage for around 250 USD!

Every thing about the property and staff was world class. The only issue I have, and it is a very big issue, is lack of coordination with the airlines, Expedia, Nomade, and transportation services. When I first booked the package with Expedia, I wasn’t informed about the cost of transportation from Cancun to Holbox island. The biggest issue was that when I originally booked the flights, the plane would arrive in Cancun too late to catch the ferry to Holbox. When I found out the plane would arrive too late, I had already paid the Nomade hotel fee, which was not refundable. I was able to book a flight that arrived earlier, but it was very stressful. What made me so upset was that I am almost certainly not the first customer to have this issue. Other than the booking issue, everything was excellent.

The concept is very unique and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel experience along with the pristine beach and beach chair set up. If I go to Nomade again, I will not book the suite with the separate bathroom. The biggest issue on the property (at least during my stay) were the mosquitos. We had to buy the extra extra strength repellent and apply/re-apply every 30-45 to keep from getting eaten. The first night I got literally hundreds of bites on my feet and ankles. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker for this property but something to know before you arrive.

Tranquility...is the perfect word,unless is an event going, miusic will quit around 1am. Late to be able to sleep)Food is good, mostly very healthy. FYI No sodas in property) Tuna salad is perfect. Morning fusion shot at breakfast is delicious ( no alcohol). It is definitely an experience to ✔️. Personnel is proper and mannered. Your room will.not get clean daily unless you request and you need to be present for them to access your room. Shower outdoors is amazing;if you love the out world. Very HUMID inside or out*

When you think about a relaxing retreat with style, Nomade is the answer. It’s a truly beautiful experience, starting from the hospitality to the unique rooms. We loved everything: the whole staff is so kind and calls you by name (a lovely detail that makes you feel at home), the room is comfortable and beautifully designed, the beach is quite and clean. The cherry on top? The amazing complimentary classes of yoga and mindfulness. We’ll surely come back soon!

Stunning property. Excellent service from all the staff. Pool was lovely good was delicious. We both slept like absolute babies the bed was so comfortable. Room was small nut the outdoor shower was fabulous! Only negative i can come up with.it the music that is played throughout the property was a bit repetitive and got annoying. But a wonderful relaxing stay for sure.

The place absolutely amazing, we had an amazing stay, we stayed in 2 types of rooms, the lowest category and the highest catergory and we can tell both rooms were comfortable and amazing. We upgraded because we wanted to be oceanfront and it was AMAZING . Service was extremely good and all super friendly. We had dinner and food was super good and portions are generous.i think my only advice is that breakfasts can be a bit better but again it was super good. Thank you for all the staff that made 1000% effort to make our stay memorable.

An exceptionally curated environment. Excellent food, earthy/groovy/peaceful music, extremely engaged and helpful staff. Well considered indoor/outdoor experiences, stunning ocean view and beach, rustic chic rooms (we tried both a treehouse and a temple room (slightly preferred) over a long stay.
