"Hi So I booked the resort privilege suite ocean view. I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in. That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. With a partial ocean view.disappointed honestly but the overall stay was made so comfortable by the staff and resort was so new and clean and beach was so clean an amazing that we really forgot about the check in hiccups. Alex our server in privilege restaurant was a 5 star guy who made every effort to please us. The best restaurant was the privilege one with excellent views and food breakfast lunch and dinner. A big disappointment was the French restaurant. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were really good too. It was our first time in Cancun and I am so glad that I chose Ocean Allure and even more glad that I chose their privilege room. "

"Our experience at the hotel was greatly enhanced by Tete, our butler, who was truly exceptional. Her attentiveness and problem-solving made a meaningful difference to our stay and elevated the overall experience. The hotel itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and operates at a 5-star level. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a plunge pool rooms with an ocean view, which was excellent—spacious, well designed, and very relaxing. It’s worth noting, however, that many rooms in the family section do not have ocean views, and guests should set expectations accordingly. We initially booked a swim-up pool room, which wasn’t ideal for us, but thanks to Tete’s help, this was resolved smoothly. One design consideration to be aware of is that a large restaurant has been built between the pool area and the ocean, which limits ocean views. Additionally, the main pool is not heated, so guests who prioritize pool over the ocean may find the pool area less appealing. For us, this wasn’t an issue since we love the ocean. Families traveling with teenagers should be aware of some limitations. Teens are not permitted in the club area, and the alternative activities are geared more toward younger children. We also experienced a strict enforcement of rules at the sister property, Elegance, including threading the teenager to call the police on them. 😳 Overall, for adults or families who love spending time at the beach and value a high-end, modern resort, this hotel is a great choice."
