"We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. "It was an amazing 2 weeks. Shops restaurants everywhere. Playa centro and playa norte were great. A bit of sargasm at playa norte but it’s to be expected. It’s all over the carribean right now.
The hotel was very very clean and the staff went out of their way to help with anything you needed.
Just a few things were missing. We had the honeymoon suite which had cooking facilities but these were lacking. Only 2 forks, 2 spoons etc. no spatula to flip eggs. They had a soup ladle and a pasta...

"We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again."
