"Wonderful Stay at ICACO – Highly Recommend!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised: beautiful and featuring a wonderful view of the ocean. I especially loved the rooftop feature. The pool was a bit too hot to enjoy during the peak of the day, but it was still incredibly nice to sit in once the sun went down.
The included breakfast was amazing and left us wanting for nothing. The fruit was fresh, and it came with yogurt, toast, and a coffee maker.

"Second half of trip here, moved from mid Island. Room was ok, pillows were awful! Staff helped if asked, nothing special but nothing simply wrong either. Crying & screaming kids were an issue. Not hotels fault but seriously an issue. Add barking dogs too. Lots of outside noises...
It rained, small leak was dripping onto bedside table then hitting hubby in face, just weird. I don't know where we'll stay next but passing on this place.
Cute courtyard area, small pool, loved finding the turtle."

"Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...
