Hotel dekat Isle of Wight County Museum

"Everything was great."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"I want to give a rating of “great” but everything is cut off on my phone and only 4 stars are showing."

"Viewing the site online was very different from pulling up. There were lots of utility trucks on the property It’s located in the back clearing of a wooded space so it looked out of place. The room had a dry strange odor. The bathroom looked nothing like the site. We had food left out that by morning was ant infested. The “I Love NN” sign on the site is NOT on the property.. was told it was actually at the City center tourist area(A.I can put things anywhere). Breakfast was so so (bacon was...

"Located adjacent to a good seafood restaurant - the staff was excellent. Parking was tight (our neighbor had an enormous pickup truck), but usable. An excellent Italian restaurant called Vino was less than 2 miles away. We’d stay again in the fall, not sure what summertime bug situation would be."

"The staff was excellent, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, and they were the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property that need attention. The room had an unpleasant odor, and I saw baby roaches during my stay, which was very concerning. In addition, the parking lot needs better lighting, as it felt too dark at night and raised safety concerns. While I truly appreciated the great customer service from the staff, the cleanliness and...

"Excellent breakfast Room clean and comfortable The staff we met very friendly/nice The shower was very hot but difficulty in adjusting"

"The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."

"Manager mom rude and aggressive towards staff and myself"

"2nd floor ice machine was out of service. Great stay besides that!"

"Please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to deal with cockroaches, bedding with urine stains and broken shower heads. My family and I had three rooms for 2 nights and had to move out of one because of a HUGE COCKROACH. Another room had sheets on one of the beds with very obvious urine stains so housekeeping obviously isn’t paying attention to what they’re doing. And the shower head in the third room came off completely due to a crack in the plumbing. I’ve got pictures and videos of all of this...

"Everything was good"

"The stay was good, just need to fix the hot water and the toilet and they will be great. I will stay here again. The staff was great."

"Room was disgusting. This hotel is not well maintained. When I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told it would be taken care of but it was never addressed. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here."

"Great staffk Usauai"

"Older facility…poorly maintained…literally the ‘last resort’ as we were attending activities in Hampton but everything was sold out. Mold in bathroom tub…bugs crawling on floors. Heating unit only blew cold air. The thick glass around the lobby desk should have been an indication of what to expect."
