The model service was good. The staff helped me book my taxi when i airport transfer didn't arrive. My only complaint is that the lights in the the room was not bright enough, though the lighting does give the room a different mood and feel.

Gepflegtes gutes Hotel

Wir haben das Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht. Es befindet sich wirklich 5 Gehminuten von Metro 4 Levent! Es ist ruhig gelegen. Wir sind ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel, vorallem mit den Mitarbeitern an der Reception. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß geschnitten, gepflegt und haben Tee/Kaffeezubereitung. Frühstück war auch ok. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, irgendwie die Zeit nicht gefunden:) Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Hübsches Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Hotel liegt in Seitenstraße, angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war nett präsentiert und sehr lecker.

I was attending meetings in the neighbor and your hotel is the closest and most reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was excellent, hot food was hot and cold food cold. There was a nice variety to choose from.

Schönes Hotel mit Mängeln im Standard Zimmer

ich war bereits zum 2x in diesem Hotel. Beim 1x war ich absolut begeistert. Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit einer kleine Dachterrasse und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Daher bin ich binnen 6 Monate zum 2mal hin. Leider war es diesmal nur OK. Ich hatte einen Standard Zimmer. Diese Kategorie kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen!!!!!Ein Ausblick war gar nicht vorhanden, da direkt neben Fenster irgendwelche Abzugsrohre waren, die auch schonmal um 4 Uhr morgens loslegten. Wer dieses Hotel wählt, sollte keinen Standard Zimmer buchen. Sonst ist das Hotel sauber, schick eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen.

Ambitious 3star

The hotel unfortunately is located or rather has a very unattractive alley way entrance. The art decor is amazing and even has a small swimming pool or a place to dip after the sauna, for which you have to tell a member of staff to swtich it on, there were one or two helpful member of stuff, language is a huge barrier as only two people managed to speak English. Staff training, customer service is probably an unfamiliar territory. There is so much potential, it would be a great stay for young adventerous couples for the price you pay, through hotrl.com i got great bargsin. Food was superb, breskfadt included with plenty of options. Small bar neefs more seating space to relax. For business i would stay again as it was close to destination otherwise i would give it a miss, because things like having an iron or the safe being so low in the wardrobe was a head rush i could avoid! They do need to improve and when they do it will be great place to stay.

出張で3泊しましたが、場所がまぁまぁ良い割に、部屋が広いと思って予約しましたが、有効spaceが少なく、特に机が入り口付近にあり、意外に使い辛かったです。また、冷蔵庫がなかったのも残念でした。 まぁ、Kanyonモールなども歩いて10分くらいで行けるので、そんなに悪くないです。 過去に泊まったIstanbulの幾つかのホテルと比較しても、品数は少ないものの朝食の水準はまずまず。 宿泊費は安いし、毎晩、飲んでいたので、あまり問題はありませんでしたが、また泊まりたいかと言われれば・・・?

nach Eintritt im Zimmer Anruf in Rezeption: Ich: Sind Sie ausgebucht? Empfang:Nein. Ich:Warum haben Sie mir das schlechteste Zimmer, mit Ausblick aus eine 30 cm vorgelagerte Wand gegeben? Tauschen wir bitte um, ich bezahle -wenn nötig- ein Upgrade. Empfang: Geht nicht. Keine Kompetenz hierfür. Zuständiger Kollege kommt morgen. Ich: dann hoffe ich, dass wir kein Feuer oder Erdbeben haben, für die Rettung müssten wir auf ihren Kollegen warten. Im Kühlschrank drei vier Wasser und Limo. Personal: da müssen Gäste vor ihnen daraus getrunken haben... Frühstücksbuffet karg, karger geht`s nicht. Die Simit vom Vortag. Die Verantwortliche Bedienung wollte aber frische holen, ich hatte keine Zeit zum warten. Es kann sein, dass ich eine ganz falsche Zeit erwischt habe aber ich riskiere es in diesem Hotel nicht noch einmal.

AMAZING! Perfect value for perfect service!

Volkan bey in the reception was amazing, when he learned that we came from an awful hotel, he upgraded us. He made sure that we had a nice stay. He let us check out late. Breakfast was awesome! It was delicious:) the cleanliness of the hotel is A quality. Helpful and polite staff. Metro line is near and the hotel is close to big shopping malls. This was our second stay and it definitely wont be the last.

Hotel très beau mais situé dans une ruelle

Notre séjour dans cet hotel de 8 nuits en janvier 2015 sous la neige la chambre N°4430 dans la partie "art déco" bien chauffée et très confortable seul problème cette chambre située au 4e étage du coté sud de l'hotel les portes fenetres donnent sur un mur d'une usine avec un bruit h 24 malgré le double vitrage de ses portes fenetres.Il y a aucun vis à vis si ce n'est le mur de l'usine qui gache tout.Dommage que cet beau hotel qui soit situé dans une ruelle sans aucune vue imprenable à croire une prison dorée.A mon avis choisissez une chambre coté ruelle

Positiv: Sehr modernes Hotel mit coolen Möbeln im Barockstil und stilvolle, ausefallene Badezimmer, kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Pool und Sauna, saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, nahe an U-Bahn Station 4.Levent, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten+kleine Restaurants im Umkreis, Negativ: Dame an der Rezeption unfreundlich, man wird beim Kommen und Gehen nicht gegrüsst, Frühstücksraum im Keller sehr kalt, Frühstücksauswahl mangelhaft-kein frisches Brot, wir würden nächstes mal ohne Frühstück buchen, da für wenig Geld rund ums Hotel Besseres erhältlich ist,Zimmer auf die Rückseite hinaus haben nur ein Fenster, das in eine Hauswand schaut

Guter Preis/Leistung

Ich war gescäftlich unterwegs und deswegen habe ich nach ein Hotel in der nähe von der Arbeit gesucht. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen seitlich von der Hauptstrasse. Das zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und qualitativ gut.
