I used to stay in Mac Hotel before, but everything was booked, so I decided to stay in Vazo Suite (they are in the same building). Room is dirty and has a bad smell. Reception guys are not ready to solve anything. When I asked for a late check out, I was told to pay 60 dollars for 2 hours.

من اسوء الأماكن التي سكنتها في جميع دول العالم حرام فيهم الدينار مع ان تعاون الاستقبال ممتاز ولكن هم العيب في شركة الحجز هوتيلز لم تبين الصح ولا يوجد خدمة العملاء لديهم الباب مكسور وباب للحمام مكسور ولا يوجد تنظيف يومي والمكان موحش وبين الخرايب

Otel dışardan çok lüks gözükse de içerisi kesinlikle aynı değil. İlk girişte laubali personeli sizi karşılıyor. Daha sonra odanıza giderken otelin tekin olmayan diğer müşterilerini görüyorsunuz. Kaldığımız odanın banyo kapısı kırılmıştı. Hiç güven vermedi. Sabaha kadar uyuyamadık.

Ή σουίτα μάζεψε στο πλύσιμο
Μας ζητούσε χρήματα για τό πάρκινγκ ενώ κλείσαμε δωμάτιο με δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Έκανε μια ώρα νά μας βάλει στο δωμάτιο χωρίς λόγο και το κυριότερο δεν μας έδωσε το δωμάτιο πού κλείσαμε. Κάναμε κράτηση σουίτα 180 τ.μ. μέ τέσσερα δωμάτια (αυτός ήταν και ο λόγος που πήγαμε στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο) και αυτός μας έβαλε σέ ένα τρίκλινο δωμάτιο μέ ένα έξτρα κρεβάτι στο οποίο δεν χωρουσαμε καν(είμαστε πέντε) και αφού τον έβαλα χέρι μας έδωσε άλλο ένα δωμάτιο. Τό αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μας χωρίσει και νά μας χαλάσει την μέρα..Δε θα καθόμουν αλλά αναγκάστηκα γιατί έχασα όλη τή μέρα μου και θα απαιτήσω από τό PayPal τά χρήματα μου πίσω
