"We had a suite that was excellent. While we had a view of the street , it was an interesting view. Having a restaurant in the building close to our room was most convenient for breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and quickly responded to our needs. Very centrally located!"

"It's a quiet hotel, part of a larger residential building, and formerly a Shangri-La. Room was spacious and super clean and perhaps just a tiny bit dated. Location is great, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water."

"Very well equipped studio apartment close to skytrain station (Stadium-Chinatown, about 10 min walk) and many restaurants. Can strongly recommend Fiorino Italian Street food!! Supermarkets (T and T, Nesters) also about a 10 minute walk. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Downsides - the studio is a bit tight for space eg you have to crawl into bed from the foot end, but to be fair, the room photos showed this. Also, as others have mentioned, a degree of homelessless in the adjacent areas...

"The location and room was amazing. What a great harbour front view when you walked into the room. Room was so clean and beautiful. Was shocked to find out this room had complimentary bed turn down service. Was on the 23rd floor which was awesome. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was in excellent, clean condition and had plenty of square foot space for my wife and myself. The one unique feature that caught us off guard was the glass wall of the shower looking out on the bedding space. We did not find it objectionable. The staff was excellent in helping us."

"バンクーバー滞在時の定宿。ホテルクオリティーは言わずもがな。よりダウンタウンの場所も良いが、エリアの雰囲気が落ち着いてる。観光客が多いタイミングは人が多いが、海の近くにあるからか、総じて嫌な気分にはならない。地下にあるフードコートまで外に出ずに行けるのが案外良いと思っている。"
