"Everything: it is an impeccable place,beautifully decorated both in rooms and public places, wonderful creature comforts like bottled water, cocktail hour, milk and cookies and continental breakfast delivered to your room. Amazing tour on Mon and Wed. Staff goes above and beyond in their helpfulness. If you want to be treated royally come here."

"The hotel is centrally located in West Ashley. Easy to get to Charleston. I brought two dogs who were comfortable and thankfully quiet. Area to walk pets was plentiful. Staff was friendly, room was really clean and even the other lodgers were friendly!"

"Overall this is a terrific venue and we were very pleased with our 4 day stay. the place is very clean and the service was excellent. the breakfast is your typical continental breakfast and was good. the wine and cheese at 4pm was a nice extra and started off each evening on the right note. the location is very convenient to the Market and various restaurants. would definitively stay there again when we go back "

"Server Sylvie was amazing. Breakfast was good, Sylvie was great. Dinner just okay, but pricey. One of our dinner servers was good, but the other was rude. She called everyone Babydoll and couldn’t stop talking about how much one of us ate. She “couldn’t believe it” that we ate almost half of our shrimp and grits! “So fast! She’s excited!” and on and on. Hotel is charming and beautiful but stair carpet and room decor needs updating. Tiny bathrooms could seem less crowded with thoughtful design...
