"Older hotel, so it does need some updates. Room was clean."

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Ample parking in the adjoining structure. The neighborhood is well peopled and felt safe. Our room was clean. The refrigerator was not packed with expensive items for sale, it was empty and worked well. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Everything in the room worked perfectly well. WiFi was strong Will definitely recommend"

"Had no dresser or luggage racks, only one towel rack ... made it hard to find a place to put things! Ice maker didn't work on two floors. Pool was too small. Bad value as they charged a LOT for breakfast and parking."

"As soon as you walk into the lobby, you look down on the floor and it looks like nobody has to sweat.Our mopped floor was dirty. Then whenever you walk to your room to get on the elevator you can tell nobody has vacuumed because all the dirt was cluttered along the edge of the wall. Some of the trimming needs to be repainted , are updated. There were several doors that look like a dog has scratched on them.Are the shiny veneer was coming apart. The elevator smelt like very hot over heated, burnt...

"The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back."

"The hotel overall and room where we stayed was very clean and organized; the breakfast offered had good options. The customer service from the front desk personnel and room cleaning personnel was excellent."

"We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable"

"Workout room didn’t have much and pool was only open until 9pm. Breakfast options were nice along with the times. Room was clean, updated, and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable."
