"The chairs inside and out need improvement--tired and not comfortable. The cookware, cutlery, and accessories were a 2/5 at best. Definately not an upscale style. We would not come back unless we knew the above was much better."

"I did get sick eating breakfast . So I didn’t enjoy that . The eggs or ham were clearly not the cleanest. Also , there was a wedding that I wasn’t informed of when I booked . So certain amenities were closed so I wasn’t happy about that, as well as many other guest , I would have liked to get a partial refund because I spent a lot of money to use certain services . "The resort is very cute. The property and rooms are clean. The beds were comfy. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and generous with their time. The manager even drove us into town and picked us up because taxi costs were adding up. The resort was quiet, despite being fully booked. "

"Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us."

"Het personeel bij het restaurant mag iets assertiever zijn. Als je plaatst nam in de loop van de dag kwam er niemand bij je om te vragen of je iets wil drinken of eten. tijdens het ontbijt was dit daar in tegen prima. dan kwamen ze meteen bij je. Verder was het personeel correct en het eten was prima. kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima, de airconditioning was ook prima."

"Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. "
