"The staff was wonderful and helpful! We loved the breakfast, pool, room and help when we got rides. When we accidentally missed our shuttle to the airport they were very kind and got us a taxi so we could make our flight on time! Highly recommend."

"It’s a nice hotel to stay, huge and clean. Love that it’s just in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia Mall, which is just 1 min across the road. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast buffet and room service - the food quality is sucha huge let down. I expected alot from the food considering it’s a 5-star hotel. Food quality is like 2-star hotel haha. Everything else is great, except for the food. Would we stay again? Absolutely - Bcause of the strategic location. Food wise? Just order from grab, cheaper and more options!"
