"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. "We were very impressed with the accommodations. Super location, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed (a huge plus since we flew in and were limited with what we could bring). A bonus, we loved the way it was decorated and LOVED the super soft snuggly blankets."
