"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. "Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful. "
