"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "There's no doubt that the suites square footage size, walkable location and access to subways were excellent .... superbly clean and well appointed ... drawbacks, upon a two hour early arrival with bags there was no human to be found for at least an hour and nowhere was there a chair in the lobby or hallways and even when later contacting management access to the suite was not allowed until two hours at the 3pm marker ..."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Feeling Eduardo. The hotel is located just steps away from the Sao Sebastio Metro station and across the street from a large department store, grocery store and food court. We were able to walk downtown from the location. Our host Ana was most wonderful. She gave us lots of helpful advice about how to get a metro card and load it and which stops to take. She was just lovely to talk to and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this small boutique hotel."
