"We had a great time here. Everyone was very helpful, from the front desk staff to our housekeepers. The location is amazing. We got a really nice ocean view. There are also free beach towels, benches, and umbrellas available. One night we had tons of teenagers partying loudly for hours past midnight, which was quite disturbing, but the security team was very responsive and helpful. Would def stay again."

"Complimentary water bottles were nice. Several restaurants to chose from. Staff was very nice and helpful. I asked for a late checkout as I was at the doctor. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Dada Salon is exceptional. Pool area clean and relaxing."

"This hotel is amazing. It had beautiful views and friendly helpful staff. The cleaning lady I believe maricel on the 10th floor was great! The front desk guy needs a vacation he doesn’t seem so helpful but the valet guys went above and beyond for me and my son! Overall, great place to bring your family and have fun! Lots of things to do around the hotel and at the hotel as well. The breakfast on the 21st floor is NOT worth it though but Goofys down stairs made our trip even better! Love the time...

"The property was great until our last day when they were ripping up the carpet on our floor. It was so sticky that we could barely get to the elevator without losing our shoes."

"The staff were friendly, the pool and restaurant were nice, and the room was great. My only real issues were: 1. Hotel was under construction, so lots of loud noises during the day. 2. The elevators are pretty loud and can be heard clearly through the walls all through the night. 3. My floor (8th floor) regularly smelled heavily of marijuana - other guests were lighting up every day. 4. It's a real shame the hotel charges it's own guests $37 per day to park their car at the hotel. It...

"We LOVED our stay here! A block from the beach, close to tons of shopping and great restaurants, provided beach stuff, spacious rooms, and breakfast every morning was incredible! For our family with two little kids, it was the best experience."

"The room was clean, and overall it was a decent stay for the price. I do wish the TVs had Roku or other streaming options, as they felt a bit outdated with only cable available. The bathroom was older, and the water pressure wasn’t the best. One negative was that my soup was never refilled during my stay. The bed was also just okay—it felt like a fairly flat mattress and wasn’t the most comfortable. Other than those issues, it was a decent value overall. Parking was also another huge factor."
