"The hotel is ideally situated in a lively bar district, although the area can appear somewhat untidy in the mornings due to remnants from the previous night's festivities. One might encounter individuals promoting local bars, which sometimes include a table charge. "A modern hotel with a beautiful view! The hotel is tucked away from the bustle of Shinjuku nightlife so you'll get a nice rest, but not too far if you wanted to join in the fun. Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. There's a bar and restaurant on the upper floors that have an amazing view of Tokyo; I recommend visiting. The breakfast buffet that I paid separately for was delicious; they had a mix of Western and traditional Japanese breakfast cuisine so it was fun to try...

"For the price during high travel (Cherry Blossom Season) Can't go wrong with this property. It's about a 15min walk from Shinjuku Station (once you figure out how to get out if the station. Lol) 7-eleven is just around the corner and plenty of dining options with in 10min walking radius. The room itself was clean and amenities were great, but just a bit outdated. Could use an upgrade. The staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this place to any first time traveler to Japan."
