"Clean room and nice staff"

"The location was perfect; however, the property needs updating. The room was a typical Japanese size (a small room) and still looks like it's from the 1970s. Available amenities were poor compared to other hotels. Food at Hapuna was extremely poor quality. I don't recommend spending money there."

"This was the perfect stay on our trip to Japan. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very kind and thoughtful. Check in was a breeze. The amenities were clean and very nice. The baths were always clean and maintained. The pool area was very nice and had an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. The rooms were standard sizes for hotels in Japan but the rooms were always clean, we got new towels and yakatas everyday and if we needed anything I just had to call the lobby and was helped promptly. The location of the hotel was away from the hustle an bustle of usual Tokyo traffic but was still a walking distance to the metros, stores, and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here in my future stays. "

"I only had the breakfast buffet once but It was well sorted. I recommend to do reservations in advance, we did not have one and had to wait 30 minutes which was not bad since we can seat and enjoy the view of the city and the tower. I loved that they set the room at night, place chocolates on the bed, Ice and the weather forecast for the next day. You will loved the place!"

"Bathroom on the smaller side even for “unit bath” I wish there was more counter space. Amenities were great, skincare, room wear, no issues. I do wish they had the universal charger in the room like some other properties. Overall no complaints. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the tip of the tower and that really elevated my mood. Thank you! "

"Proximity to Shinagawa train station is the primary reason for staying here. There is a direct train to Haneda airport within walking distance and it's only 330 yen. It's also one of the stations to catch the Shinkansen. Rooms are small. If you have a larger roller bag, there's no where to leave it open without it getting in your way. Traveling with disabilities or as a senior? My bathroom had a big step up to get into it and the shower/tub short, but deep. My parents did not shower out of fear of tripping/falling getting into/out of the tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Imabari towels. The two beds option makes it a very small space for two American-sized adults. Breakfast is great, the earlier you eat. They ran out of eggs before 8:30 am. "
