Someone takes you to your room and shows you around. The gardens are beautiful. The buffet was delicious. And the Onsen room was.fantastic. "

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was compact but very clean, comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller (I liked the converted warehouse look and feel). Breakfast buffet was excellent for price. Free shuttle from Haneda Aiport and to Kawasaki station should be adequate for most people relying on public transportation to get around."

"I stayed in 11th floor 6days this time! Day and night beautiful view ! House keeping and front stuff were so nice . Big bath was so clean and great! Can easy to walk to world porters shopping, restaurants, Sakuragi cho station ( walk about 10mins) I was so impressed! Definitely are come back next visit again ! "
