"Was a fabulous hotel - we stayed in room 4131 premier grand which has access to club lounge on 45 and 47 floor - both with snacks and alcohol - also free breakfast - our room was right in front of the Tokyo Tokyo building which has a fabulous light show every night !! The staff was fabulous !! Highly recommend"

"Everything was great, but I didn't give it 5 stars because of very smqall rooms. I know that's Japan, but it was small! The staff were very good and helpful. The rooms are in great condition and well maintained. It's a great location and we enjoyed our stay here. I recommended this to about 50 of my group staying here. I'm the travel agent with the group. We liked that ice and extra pillows were easy to get. Those that enjoyed the breakfast said it was very good. Your elevators are very fast! It's nice to be in a safe and walkable location. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"Clean room but pillows were terrible. Too soft and they provided no head or neck support. Their covers weren’t clean. The complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport and Narita city were excellent. Will recommend the hotel "

"The rooms aren’t for 2 travellers.. there isn’t sufficient space to stand and put the luggage for someone who is travelling here for a week. we were two of us and we have just struggled to sleep on the bed and the rooms are very hot too for summers."
