"Very kind and polite staff, very foreigner friendly, helped us with luggage and provided us with lots of assistance where needed. Beautiful modern interior with lovely beds, AC and lighting. Shower and toilet were fantastic also. We ended up at the wrong version of the hotel at first but staff kindly led us to the appropriate version. All the little extra touches were very much appreciated. Location was also very good, a short walk away from lots of things to do! If I ever return to Japan...
