"We arrived to find out the whole tower we were staying at power was out, elevator were not working and not hot water was available. They told us they were full on other tower and send us to a different sister location where we got charged more for the room, parking and taxes. Which they should have called and given us heads up of possible changes since they knew for a few days prior to our arrival. Sister loction was nice but would not accommodate for the inconveniences."

"Pictures were nothing like the actual place. Very dark and old. Very dirty, lots of hair in the shower and kitchen was dirty. Expected something nice and felt like I was lied to when we showed up. Bathroom shower was terrible and very flimsy sink. Door doesn’t fully close. Overall good staff but would not recommend a stay here. "

"We had this hotel booked for 9 days. Arrived and were shocked how horrible this place was, it's so outdated with terrible smell. Rooms are very old with gray bedsheets. We found someone's underwear in the bathroom, after the room was "cleaned". We checked out the next day, luckily they gave refund for all nights. Great location, but be aware, pictures don't match reality."
