This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them...

"Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 rooms per floor so didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during our stay. Hotel staff helpful, though with limited English. They have a translator machine on hand so communication is possible. Recommend you hand Google Lens or something similar as the washing machine/dryer, air con and tv don’t have English instructions. Once you figure it out it’s fine"
