"Staying 2 nights at the ocean view room floor 7, the view from the balcony was spectacular. Rooftop bar was excellent too. Walkable distance to the beach and many seafood resto just in front of the hotel. The downside is the resto closed until midnight, so the noise from the resto, fireworks, dogs barking can be heard from the room.
Have a bit difficulty opening the door of the hotel room, a bit tricky, the hotel should fix it. But overall it was a great stay."
"In general, watermark hotel and spa, jimbaran is a good hotel with good japanese restaurant, imadoki. The room is quite big and clean. The surrounding area may not be really interesting to explore."
"Dion and your restaurant staff were lovely. However your property needs a major renovation. Simple things like new towels, bedsheets, milk pods in the frig etc would make a difference. I realise that you are a budget hotel but at the moment you are a very ordinary budget hotel. You could be a GREAT budget hotel.
Floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, no spare toilet rolls., one elevator didn't work.

"I stay at this hotel quite a lot. I have children who live in Yogyakarta and when visiting every 6 months or so I am required to spend a night before and after in Bali and this hotel serves my needs to perfection.
I was fortunate this time around to be staying there when the hotel had their bbq night. This is an all you can eat bbq buffet as well as a group of dancers performing some kind of fire dance. Great meal and performance that is well worth the cost.

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that.
Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time.
Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room.
Overall, a decent experience."
