"cannot change room tempeture, you can only adjust the fan speed. Cleaning time is pretty load . Like most Japanese hotels room is small there no space to open up your suitcase and keep it open . I had to set my suitcase on the small coffee table . There's a laundry mat which was pretty much open when I was there. 3 or 4 mini stores on the property and maybe 10 restaurant on the 1st floor . It's a good 10 min walk to Shinjuku station , but the plus is Washington Hotel is connected to...
