"Check in was a breeze!!! I was allowed to check-in a little early since they had a room available with no additional hassle or charge. Just common courtesy of wanting to feel welcomed and comfortable if they were in the same situation. Amazing!
All the ladies at the welcome desk were friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and professional.
When asked for additional towels from housekeeping; they gladly provided while asking if I needed anything else.
