"I chose this hotel over another mostly because it was close to where I needed to be for my purpose. The Maiden Oval Hotel was not the most well kept place, but it had some positive aspects. On the negative side, it was run down. Quite worn and could have used refurbishment. But it was comfortable enough and was kept clean, which I appreciated.
