"Great service but not a fan of no microwave in the room, no proper refrigerator and no vent in the washroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel itself was beautiful. Hightop view was nice but bed was extremely uncomfortable."

"Lokasi hotel sangat premium karena tidak jauh dari Big Benz, London dan Jembatan sungai Thames, nyaman untuk istirahat karena area seputar tenang, bersih dan aman. Hanya saja selimut tidur berdebu sehingga saat kami memakainya langsung saya dan istri terbatuk-batuk"

"On the good side, we were able to do an early check-in and the pub's staff was very kind. The pub is well-located, at about 20 minutes by bus from Westminster and very close to Waterloo station, in a nice and calm area.
However, we had a room very different from what was advertized - but also quite different from the reviews, so perhaps we were unlucky with our room. The room was windowless, despite the establishment claiming all rooms had windows. It seemed like it's been empty for a long...

"Host cominicates well and the place is located close to buses and Tube.
Now for the space....its clean but the little details matter. Opened closets and they just had stuff thrown in them, left over food in fridge, and hand soaps were nearly emptied.
This is not for a family with kids. Its more of a bachelor space. States 2 bathrooms but one is literally a closet that is a shower -6 inches space between wall and shower door.
Not a bad place for what you pay, just be aware that its not for...

"Very warm and friendly welcome. We were arrived early but the receptionist soon found us an available room and even better, a complimentary room upgrade!
The room was quite small and the bed was a double rather than a king size. It didn't matter we were still very comfortable. Everything one could need was provided, bath robes, quality toilettries, tea and coffee making facilities and a wonderful complimentary mini bar.
The room was immaculately clean and warm. Public areas of the hotel were...
