"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. The hotel room was good but seemed to be limited with temperature controls and also didn’t have an in room coffee maker (there was a kettle and coffee bags though). We had one day that didn’t have hot water and the room couldn’t get warm enough even with the heat all the way up. The tub was narrow and you had to stand on a curved surface which would be challenging for some guests with mobility concerns. Other than...
