"Left elevator was extremely slow when we went there and the 3rd elevator was out of order so they only had one elevator working; we just had to wait a little bit coming and going. Only other thought was their ADA accessible room was complete bare, no decor, no paint, no character, felt minimal and depressing, and the door was extremely heavy and hard to open and closed behind (no way to just leave it open) making getting in and out for a person with any sort of disability so much harder than it...

"This hotel was a great base for our London exploration. It's close to a number of good restaurants as well as tube stations. It's clean. The room was spacious. Really no complaints to speak of. "

"Price is fair. Good location for transit connections, restaurants, grocery stores. Safe. Walkable to main tourist sites. Everything clean, everything works, including small kitchenette, fridge. No lift, steep stairs to upper floors only negative. Given London prices 100 pound per night was a good value IMO."

"First time in London. Easy access to public transport. Quite neighborhood(we were there on weekdays) nice pub and a few other nice pubs close by."

"Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price."

"I chose the Abbey as it is a 10 minute walk from my work and was convenient during a week of tube strikes. First, my room was nothing like the advertised room and the bathroom is in need or a major refresh so I do feel misled. The bed was actually very comfortable. Initially the television didn’t work but was put right by a helpful member of staff. For my particular needs, it was fine. The hotel is accommodation only but there’s numerous eating places just minutes away. Top marks to the staff...
