"Mir gefiel die Lage des Hotels, etwas abseits vom Trubel, gut erreichbar mit der Tube, ein neues modernes Haus mit einer für mich idealen Kombi aus Zweckmäßigkeit und hohem Komfort. Das Frühstück bietet alles für einen schönen Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich, alles funktionierte einwandfrei und die Dusche ist ein Traum. Ich komme gerne wieder."

"Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay."

"Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate."

"Shower in my room malfunctioned (shower head came loose from the holder on the wall while warming up) and sprayed an inch of water on the floor. Had to use all the towels to soak it up and couldn’t shower. Receptionist was apologetic and moved me into a new room, I don’t blame them for the conditions but clearly management is terrible. I was out all day and returned late night, and all I wanted was a hot shower, finally. This second shower did not even have a place to hang the shower head...
