"Arrived a little flustered, due to transportation problems, just after midnight and the staff were brilliant. Front desk agent, managing some of the booking saw I was tired and so gave me a nice room to go to, really spacious. And I love the new carpet. Not sure why the hotel has any bad reviews as stayed a few times and never had any issues.
Anyway, great staff and that carpet is mint."

"We spent one night - a busy Saturday. Our room (50) was quite small accessed by an awkward triangular ante-room. There was nothing to put our suitcase on and in the bathroom no hook to hang anything on. But it was clean and quiet.
Dinner and breakfast were OK though orange juice was disappointingly watery. The restaurant manager was good but junior staff were inexperienced. "
