"Bonus was there were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. We only used two chairs as our family were busy snorkeling or boarding away while 1-2 sat out and rested. Clean, right down from beach park 3...stocked pantry got some add-ons and pots and pans enough to allow us making most of our meals. Great times and great communication from host. Thanks! Lucas"

"What a gorgeous complex! There was no "beach" at all and the main pool at the beach access was being renovated, so that was a bit of a bummer. BUT, we frequented another pool close to us which was very nice. The area was quiet, very clean and well maintained. We didn't have info in our condo regarding pool codes, WIFI, map of the area to find the 3rd pool or fitness center, so we were messaging a lot. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. "Yeah the place was fine it was clean and it had many good things about it. it's obviously a nice location in Kihei. the Terrace is nice outside. But many things inside were really upsetting that they were not completed or not functional. The shower doesn't fully shut off. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the apartment. Air conditioning in the master bedroom did not function and we had to fix the hosing to the wondowm . The closet door in the master bedroom also failed needed to be worked...

"What an amazing stay. This a review that I am happy to leave....The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Pictures are absolutely accurate. It was such a relief to come home to a cool apartment, our snacks in the kitchen, 2 showers, so no wait..... Beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, towels, even coolers! Our family even took advantage of board games at night. Location was great, close to all...pool and hot tub were great in the evening...Beach on site...

"I love that in a few steps you are at the beach. The grassy area and rinse stations are great. The first umbrella to the right going to the water is broken. There was no gate code in the binder. The books about the island and tips for our stay were helpful. Although the place was clean, it initially had a musty smell. Overall I loved my stay. On purpose I left a hat for others to use. I also left a bottle of hydrogen peroxide that is always a good thing to have on hand. Thank you."
