"Had a great stay. Staff at reception were polite and prompt, air conditioning worked a treat. Only slight negative was the bed was a little on the firm side for me, but that’s personal preference. Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"

"The host cancelled at lunch time on the biggest event of the year, it wasn’t u til I phoned him questioning it and told him it’s unreasonable that he said he would find some where for us Called back, arranged another room at our cost, only to find it was the exact same address and house but smaller room, clearly sold it to a higher bidder So we were left out of pocket to chase it and concerned of no accommodation. "Zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Alles prima, vom Ausblick bis zum Frühstück. Finde es ziemlich befremdlich wenn es ständig über Zimmergrösse gejammert wird. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber man kennt es vorher und man wählt trotzdem das Hotel aus. Warum also dann meckern? Die Lage ist Top, Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend. Und man reist ja nach London nicht um im Zimmer rumzuhängen und anschließend dessen Größe zu bemängeln...Ich komme sicher wieder."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
