"I was alone in Hanoi but the staff made me feel secure. They are very welcoming and they give you a lot of attention all trough your stay. I think that the greatest strength of this hotel is the choice of the staff. It is pleasant to have all those people smiling and ready to help.I particularly recommend Mrs Angela, so charismatic with her beautiful smile and so helpful. I loved the proximity of the hotel to the lake and the old town. They also organize good tours. I would recommend that hotel to my friends."

"Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, always with a smile. Rooms are basic yet have everything we needed. There is breakfast served in the basement every morning. The area is busy, yet our room was quiet. Right in the middle if the old quarter, tons to do around the area."

The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend. "
