"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the upgrade was not provided, and we ended up having to move rooms twice and wait around before finally...

"Food is expensive. Some nice front desk staff. Same bellhops. Spa pretty good. Curtains had those white fluffy dandelion type seeds stuck to them--all over front of hotel. Trees blowing into hotel. I felt hotel location way too far away from tourist spots."

"Again the air conditioning was an issue in this hotel. Some nights it would not work and had its own mind. The twin bed for a single person was so narrow I was afraid I would fall off. Otherwise the location of the place makes up for everything else. It was absolutely beautiful!"

"Things we loved about the hotel:
- great location walking distance from blue mosque and Eminonu port where we got the ferry a lot to other areas
- big room with enough space for all our stuff
- very friendly staff
- nespresso machine in the room
- breakfast was great on the lovely roof with a stunning view
- the hotel cat is so cute :)
- bottles of water in the room every day

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

"This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it."
