"I have stayed two times for quite a while at this hotel and they always amaze with the speed of their service. I never called for anything that didn’t show up immediately!!! The rooms are big and roomy, bedding always clean and crispy. All facilities, fitness room, sauna, massages are incredibly well maintained. Very close to hill town mall which is extra plus plus. And last but not least, everyone working at this hotel is super pleasant and helpful. Thank you Elite world grand hotel Kucukyali...
