"Bed comfy, bathtub amazing, staff friendly, the area itself was fun to wander around with the family. Room was very small, sent a message through Hotels.com before arrival that no one responded to, called hotel and nobody answered. Was disspointed for the price how tiny it was. View was ok, but not worth the price. Hotel room very noisy during early mornings from the street traffic. GPS took me to the back of property down a extremely steep windy road to a parking lot and had no idea how to get to lobby. "

"Many of the base rate room are on the same wall as the elevators and you can hear everytime the elevator goes by as if it is a subway going directly through your room. Walls are extrememly thin so even if you are not next to the elevator, hope you bring headphones and can sleep through a lot."

"The location is great for access to all the places we wanted to visit. Good public transport access. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Busy , modern feel with nice lobby to relax and had a drink or light meals ."

"The staff were great, very helpful and kind. The property is fine if you just need a place to sleep at night and plan to be out during the day. I had a room with two double beds, but it was quite small, and it felt crowded with multiple people. The mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, though, it was worth the price and the location and free parking included. "
