"The resort itself was very nice! We were disappointed to find that "garden view" meant a view of the parking lot. Had we known we would've paid for a better room. The pools were amazing and the Holoholo Grill was very good! They offer poolside service which is a fun perk, too. We asked for a late checkout but were told there would be a fee involved, however they waived it when we checked out which was very nice! Overall this was a great family friendly resort. "We had a wonderful experience. The grounds around the Kauai Inn were kept immaculate, it was a very family friendly environment, and the staff was absolutely top notch best of the best. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and time on the island. All of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely book again if planning another trip to Kauai. "
