Hotel Murah di Knockholt

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

"Beautiful room. We got a corner suite and it was clean, the staff were helpful and proactive. Whenever we had a question, someone was there to offer help or provide an answer. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s located in a great area, walkable to so many of the landmarks we wanted to see and experience. Anything further away, you’re also close to public transit. We will definitely stay there again."

"Hotel room was clean, but is in an old building, so room was very small, corridors are narrow, and floors could be off level a bit. But room was comfortable. The appeal of this hotel is location, and it is awesome. Short walk to major attractions such as Buckingham palace, and transit at Victoria Station. Would stay here again."

"Broken AC (in a heat wave). 2am someone in fixing it. Gum stuck to table at check in. Had to call for towels everyday, room was cleaned once in 4 nights (requested daily). Took absolutely forever to check in with no explanation just disappeared for 15 minutes. We had to laugh it got so bad. Too bad, used to really enjoy his hotel and it’s just gone so downhill."

"Our room was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful. My only quibble is with the bar. Loud music and overpriced drinks."

"Room was dirty, so many issues. Had to switch rooms twice. Was given a room with dirty sheets was given another room with Beatles. At least there were no bedbugs was getting emails about being checked out during my stay. If I knew better, I would’ve stayed somewhere better but it was OK for the price. Also, the air-conditioning did not work during the day. Great location, though easy to get to and from Heathrow and anywhere else in the city."
