"I and 8 other friends met in Knoxville, TN to celebrate the visit of long-not-seen English friend who was visiting. Since one of the group was a gourmet chef, the Cook Loft was a natural choice. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was the center of interest as we sat and watched him prepare the 5 course dinner. "This place was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The entire place/ atmosphere has a great vibe "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament with our daughter and her team. The hotel was a quick 2 min walk to the convention center. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet started early at 6a so the the team had time to eat before walking to the convention center. many negative comments about the traffic noise but we always travel with a white noise machine so we had no issues with noise. we had a great stay! "

"Typical downtown hotel. Room, restaurant, people were all great, location very good as well. Parking way too expensive. Cost $30 to park in garage connected to hotel...only $7 overnight in the garage just north of hotel. If I wouldn't have accidently entered the expensive garage, I'd have been much happier."

"I liked the fact that the room was spacious and had the kitchen with the dishwasher. I would've expected them to clean the room more thoroughly, it felt like it was done in haste. Also, the mattress wasn't firm but that is just my personal preference."

"The hotel was under complete restoration and it showed. There was only one way to enter and leave. Thankfully we were only passing through for the night. I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. If I had not already made on-line reservations and paid in advance, we would have never stayed here. The lobby ceiling was leaking with buckets catching the water as you walked in. As for TV we were only able to get a few channels. The interaction with the staff was pleasant."
